I am normal!

Here is a quick basic test render of the normal map applied in Maya, the base mesh is 5,653 quads with a high detailed normal bake applied. Unlike the previous test with the cane I smoothed the UV's and the normals which removed the angular look to the model.

Today I will finish off the normal maps and start rigging, hopefully that will be done within the next 10 days so I can then move onto texturing :)
